Returned products must meet the eligibility requirements stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

For dance shoes, trying the product on for fit is acceptable where the item remains clean, undamaged, and suitable for resale.

15. Return Shipping Costs

For eligible non-defective returns, including:

the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products, ESGYDANCE will provide the appropriate resolution.

Where a physical return is required for a verified issue, ESGYDANCE will cover or reimburse the reasonable return shipping cost according to the applicable return instructions.

16. Restocking Fees

ESGYDANCE does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
